Tell Us What’s on Your MindOne aspect of isolation is not being able to regularly communicate with others. We are here and we want to listen. Tell us what’s on your mind.
In a study regarding social disconnectedness in older adults, participants were asked if they were able to talk with others about their worries or concerns. Those who answered “no” to this question were more likely to identify themselves as lonely. In times of isolation, not being able to communicate about important matters can have an impact on one’s mental health, at any age. If you are struggling with this, we want to offer a listening ear.
This week, if you need to talk, please tell us what’s on your mind.
