I’m Ready to Log It!

Sometimes it’s the small things that matter. A “How are you today?” check in. Surprising a coworker with a cup of coffee. Your Care Mission is to go above and beyond to make the day brighter for someone else and show them that you care.

3 Easy Ways to Go Above and Beyond

  1. Go the extra mile at work. Whether it’s bringing in doughnuts for your coworkers or making a client feel extra special, find a way to spread kindness at work.
  2. Help a stranger. Sometimes we see people struggling to carry groceries to their car or a person looks like they need directions. Offer to help a stranger in public if you see they need an extra hand.
  3. Check in on someone. Maybe your daughter just had a baby and is adjusting to her new role or an aunt recently lost her spouse. Check in with a visit or call to see how they are doing and offer help.

How will you make someone’s day?

  16. I always bring beautiful flowers 💐 to my elderly ladies houses when I go to visit them. I also bring whatever is healthy to my elderly gentlemen that I go see on a regular basis, like their favorite fruit or healthy snack like nuts or granola bars, and it always makes their day! Then they also smile each time the look at the flowers or eat one of the snacks that I brought them because they’ll remember each time that I truly care about them and they are so loved! ❤️😘🙏😇🌈🦋😘❤️ Because they truly are … and I love it when I can make them feel special inside! Love conquers all! Julie

  22. I was walking out of a grocery store and this lady almost lost everything. It was icy out and went to help her so she wouldnt get hurt. She thanked me and i helped her to her car and made sure she was ok or if i needed to call someone for her. Said she was fine and thanked me for helping her. The old saying is the more you help someone the better the reward is. Feeling good about what you do is the best reward ever.

  41. I was at the supermarket on Friday and saw an elderly lady putting away an unruly folding table she had used for a food display. I finished folding it up and put it into a grocery cart for her. It took me 30 seconds at the most, but probably would have taken her 5 minutes or longer, if she could have done it at all. I felt good and she was relieved. I wanted to be able to follow that sweet lady around the rest of the day like a puppy dog to help her any way I could!!!
